What we do

CTC Consulting is committed to the success of SBA loan program by assisting lenders and CDCs in complying with all SBA lending program requirements. To accomplish this objective, it conducts a comprehensive Review of the SBA loan portfolio of its clients. Major components of the Review include the assessment of portfolio performance, management & operations, credit administration and compliance. It serves two important purposes: (a) protects the lender from loss of SBA guarantee or repairs/penalties; and (b) saves the taxpayer dollars.
